What triggered this return? A realization of the broken unit economics in traditional e-pharmacy models. For example, delivering a strip of Digene worth ₹15 by spending ₹30 in logistics just doesn’t make financial sense—especially when the margin on the product is ₹3.

This led to the birth of a vision: local fulfillment with real-time inventory visibility.
