• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aldactone Tablet is to be taken with food.

• How Aldactone Tablet works Aldactone Tablet is a potassium-sparing diuretic. It lowers blood pressure and swelling by removing the extra water and electrolytes from the body without loss of potassium.

  Alcohol:

  It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Aldactone Tablet.

• 
  Driving:

  Aldactone Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

  Kidney:

  Aldactone Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Aldactone Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Aldactone Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

  Liver:

  There is limited information available on the use of Aldactone Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

  Pregnancy:
