Aldigesic MR Tablet

• Aldigesic MR Tablet is used for muscular pain

If you experience any persistent or severe side effects, consult your doctor immediately.

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aldigesic MR Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

• Aldigesic MR Tablet is a combination of two pain relieving medicines (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen) and a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving muscle movement.

  Alcohol:

  It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Aldigesic MR Tablet . Please consult your doctor.

  Driving:

  Aldigesic MR Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

• 
  Kidney:

  Aldigesic MR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Aldigesic MR Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Aldigesic MR Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

• 
  Liver:

  Aldigesic MR Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Aldigesic MR Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Aldigesic MR Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

  Pregnancy:

  Aldigesic MR Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

  Breastfeeding:

  No information is available on the use of Aldigesic MR Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
