• How Brivex Eye Drop works.Brivex Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Brinzolamide and Brimonidine. Brinzolamide is an alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonist while Brimonidine is a sympathomimetic. They work by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.
