• It is used to relieve cramps in the muscles of stomach, intestine, bladder and ureter

• Buscogast Tablet is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

  Alcohol:

  Buscogast Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

• 
  Driving:

  Buscogast Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.

• 
  Kidney:

  Buscogast Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Buscogast Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

• 
  Liver:

  Buscogast Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Buscogast Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

• 
  Pregnancy:

  Buscogast Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

  Breastfeeding:

  Buscogast Tablet is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.Single dose is unlikely to interfere with breastfeeding, milk secretion may decrease during long-term use.
