• How Combiflam Oral Suspension works.Combiflam Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

  Alcohol:

  Taking Ibuprofen+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

  Driving:

  Combiflam Suspension does not usually affect your ability to drive.

  Kidney:

  Combiflam Suspension should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Combiflam Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Combiflam Suspension is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Long term use of this medicine can affect the kidney function.

  Liver:

  Combiflam Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Combiflam Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Combiflam Suspension is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

  Pregnancy:

  Combiflam Suspension may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
