• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dio 1 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

• How Dio 1 Tablet works Dio 1 10mg Tablet is an antihistaminic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.

• 
  Alcohol:

  Dio 1 10mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.

• 
  Driving:

  Dio 1 10mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

• 
  Kidney:

  Dio 1 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dio 1 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, it is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. It may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end-stage kidney disease.

• 
  Liver:

  Dio 1 10mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Dio 1 10mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

  Pregnancy:

  Information regarding the use of Dio 1 10mg Tablet during pregnancy is not available. Please consult your doctor.

  Breastfeeding:

  Information regarding the use of Dio 1 10mg Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. Larger doses or prolonged use of Dio 1 10mg Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby.
