• How can I give Dolo 250 Oral Suspension to my child? Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Dolo 250 Oral Suspension may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

• How Dolo Oral Suspension works Dolo 250 Oral Suspension works as a pain reliever (analgesic) and fever reducer (antipyretic) by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the brain called prostaglandins. These chemicals are involved in causing pain and fever, so by reducing their levels, Dolo 250 Oral Suspension helps ease pain and discomfort and lowers body temperature.

  Alcohol:

  Taking Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

  Driving:

  Dolo 250 Oral Suspension does not usually affect your ability to drive.

• 
  Kidney:

  Dolo 250 Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dolo 250 Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

  Liver:

  Dolo 250 Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dolo 250 Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Dolo 250 Oral Suspension is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

  Pregnancy:

  Dolo 250 Oral Suspension is safe to use during pregnancy.Adequate and well-controlled human studies have shown low or no risk.

  Breastfeeding:

  Dolo 250 Oral Suspension is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
