Action 50mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Caffeine and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. Caffeine narrows the blood vessels in the brain to reduce headache. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Together, they relieve headache effectively.

Precautions & Warnings

Driving:
New Saridon Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney:
New Saridon Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of New Saridon Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, New Saridon Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Liver:
Action 50mg/500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Action 50mg/500mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Action 50mg/500mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Pregnancy:
Action 50mg/500mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeeding:
Action 50mg/500mg Tablet should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
