• Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

• How Ondem Injection works Ondem Injection is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.

  Alcohol:

  Consuming alcohol with Ondem Injection does not cause any harmful side effects.

• 
  Driving:

  Ondem Injection does not usually affect your ability to drive.

• 
  Kidney:

  Ondem Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Ondem Injection is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have an underlying kidney disease. Limited information is available in patients taking this medicine for more than one day.

  Liver:

  There is limited information available on the use of Ondem Injection in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

• 
  Pregnancy:

  Ondem Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

  Breastfeeding:

  Ondem Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
