• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rabalkem-DSR Capsule is to be taken empty stomach.

• How Rabalkem D Capsule SR works Rabalkem-DSR Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Rabeprazole. Domperidone is a prokinetic that works on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing the food to move more easily through the stomach. Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach, which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

  Alcohol:

  Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Rabalkem-DSR Capsule. Please consult your doctor.

• 
  Driving:

  Rabalkem-DSR Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

• 
  Kidney:

  Rabalkem-DSR Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rabalkem-DSR Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

  Liver:

  Rabalkem-DSR Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rabalkem-DSR Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Rabalkem-DSR Capsule is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.

  Pregnancy:

  Rabalkem-DSR Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

  Breastfeeding:

  Rabalkem-DSR Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
