If you experience any persistent or severe side effects, consult your doctor immediately.

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Relent Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

• How Relent Tablet works Relent Tablet is a combination of two medicines:

  Alcohol:

  Relent Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.

• 
  Driving:

  It is not known whether Relent Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

• 
  Kidney:

  Relent Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Relent Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.

• 
  Liver:

  Relent Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Relent Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

• 
  Pregnancy:

  Relent Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

• 
  Breastfeeding:

  Relent Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
